We work hard to keep shipping cost as low as possible, but we do not offer Free Shipping at this  time.

We ship anywhere within the United States!

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once processed, shipping will take between 2 to  7 days for standard delivery depending on the location.

Our Curated Gift Boxes ship within our luxe gift boxes complete with custom papeterie, a  handwritten note, and shipped within shipper box to keep your gift safe & secure!

Our Curated Gift  Boxes never include a receipt or packing slip. For our Gift Shop items, they will be packaged within  a safe & secure mailer or box complete with a packing slip & receipt!

Yes! If you are in the Dallas / Fort Worth (and surrounding area) you can select Local Pick Up from  our studio located within the Dallas Design District. This will be an option during the check out 

process. Our customer service team will send you an email notification when your order is ready to  be picked up, typically within 48 hours.

You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order is delayed or cancelled on our end.  There may also be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS / USPS that are beyond our control.

Please have the recipient take a good look around their door, porch, mailbox, lobby, etc to ensure  the carrier did not hide the package! If a box shows as delivered, but it is absolutely not there we will  do everything we can to locate the package for you. Aside from that, if a package is truly lost or  stolen, we will file a claim with the carrier and request you do as well.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Yes! We offer customization to boxes and certain products. This will be an option within the check  out process, and can be arranged for large quantity orders as well.

For our Curated Gift Boxes, we offer a Standard size which is 6.5 x 5 x 4 and our Large size which is  10 x 10 x 4. This will be decided on by the AMC depending on the items included within the box.
